“This is the second time we have stayed at The Haywood and as always the staff (especially Brittany) was friendly and helpful when we checked in. The grounds, lobby, bar, swimming pool, and especially our room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast area was well stocked and delicious. I would recommend The Haywood to anyone needing lodging in El Dorado.”

“The room carpet in the room should have been taken up years ago! Towels were dingy and couldnt be used! Filthy! Breakfast food choice was less than expected! Not worth the money!”

“We were visiting my daughter and her children. I was excited by the description of the property having a fenced in back yard as I planned to play with the kids (18 mo, 6 & 8). Unfortunately the back yard was full of broken glass. Other than that, I was very happy with the communication of the property manager. Also the accessibility to so many places in the area. ”
